Subroto Bagchi is an Indian entrepreneur, author, and co-founder of Mindtree Limited, a global IT and consulting company. Born in 1957 in Odisha, he rose from a modest background and studied Political Science at Utkal University. After working at Wipro and Lucent Technologies, he co-founded Mindtree in 1999. Known for his books like Go Kiss the World and The Professional, Bagchi believes that success is defined by making a positive difference, not just wealth. He later served as Head of the Odisha Skill Development Authority, dedicating himself to youth empowerment and skill development, embodying simplicity, learning, and social responsibility.
